To Download files to your computer:

1. RIGHT MOUSE CLICK the description of the file (an active link).
2. From the menu select "Save Link As..." and save the presentation in a folder of your choice.
3. View or open the file later with the appropriate software (Word, Powerpoint, Word Perfect, etc.)
