Opportunity for contract/independent facilitators and consultants:

A major heavy manufacturer headquartered in the metropolitan Detroit area is about to embark on a major initiative to improve its plant safety record. This initiative is supported as a joint program of union and management. To deploy this program the company needs twelve to fifteen highly skilled contract facilitators. These facilitators must have demonstrated experience in the following:

The project will commence with a Train the Trainer program on February 27-28, 2001. There is a guarantee of 12 days of work plus travel days through April 13th, and a very strong likelihood of an additional 30+ days through August 2001.

The compensation schedule is industry competitive and includes travel and expenses.

  • Assist members in conducting Cascade Training to committeemen, stewards, area managers and supervisors.
  • Each session will be 4 hours in length.
  • Multiple sessions will be conducted.
